If you've ever been too intimidated to really shop at the farmer's market, I totally get it. It can be a little bit of a learning curve. Here is I'm a little Farmer's Market 101 that even seasoned vets won't want to miss out on!
1. Meal plan before you head out. Have what you want in your head before you start buying things wildly.
2. Don't just buy the first thing you see. Explore your options before purchasing to avoid buyer’s remorse.
3. Get to an ATM before you go. While some vendors take cards now, the best produce usually comes from the Amish Vendors that only take cash.
4. Bring your own bag. This way you’ll be able to hand farmers their containers and avoid using plastic grocery bags.
